Call Jim Bridges with Goodwin Management at 502-7548 to insure others have not booked the area for the same date and time.

• Submit a security deposit of $100.00 to Jim Bridges. This will be returned in full after the event, if there is no damage and the area used is clean of trash and debris.
• The Pool, Playground area or Tennis Court cannot be closed to the use of other residents during the party, but you are welcome to use a small area for the event.
• If the party or event is for children under the age of 16, there must be one adult for every 4 children attending.
• The normal Pool / Amenities Center rules must be followed.
• The Homeowner assumes all responsibilities for their guest.
