Amenities Center Rules and Regulations
Amenities Center Hours
Pool 7 am - 9 pm
Tennis Court 9 am - 9 pm
Playground / Basketball 9 am - 9 pm
- No lifeguard on duty – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
- DIAL 911 FOR EMS OR POLICE EMERGENCIES
- For Amenities Center property emergencies (water leaks, pool contamination or other emergent needs) Call Jim Bridges - normal business hours (512) 502-7548 or after hours (512) 970-3051.
- HOA assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury. HOA is not responsible for articles lost, damaged, or stolen.
- The Pool, Playground and Tennis Court are for the use of Senna Hills residents and their guests. No more than 4 guests per adult resident at any one time. The adult resident must be with their guests at the Amenities Center at all times.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED AT THE POOL, PLAYGROUND OR TENNIS COURT.
- NO DIVING in the pool
- No smoking
- Texas State law prohibits pets of any kind in the pool area. Pets are not allowed on the tennis court or at the Playground.
- Texas State law prohibits the Pool gate from being propped opened at any time.
- Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be excluded from the Amenities Center.
- Pool safety equipment (life rings, hooks and poles) is to be used only in case of an emergency.
- No children under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pool at any time, unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Proper swim attire is required at all times. Children that are not potty trained MUST wear waterproof pants with elastic legs.
- Non-pool toys should be kept out of the Pool.
- No skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bikes or trikes allowed in the Pool area, on the Tennis Court or on the Basketball court. Please leave all these items in the grass - clear of the sidewalk path.
- No silly string, shaving cream or water balloons allowed at the Amenities Center.
- "Good Neighbor Policy" must be used at all times. This includes but is not limited to - NO running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous behavior or loud noise. Remember, neighbors are adjacent to the Amenity Center.
- Residents should feel free to ask others to cease any violations of the rules and report the incident to Jim Bridges (512) 502-7548 / (512) 970-3051 or any member of the HOA Board ASAP.
- To use the center for private parties, see Book a Party at the Amenities Center.
- Parents, guardians or custodians of children are responsible for the children's compliance with the rules. Any damage to Senna Hills Amenities Center property including but not limited to pool safety equipment, furniture, deck surface, or other equipment caused by a resident, their children or their guest, will be the financial responsibility of the Senna Hills resident.
- VIOLATION OF THE RULES COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION OF PRIVILEGES.
